Dr. Ciara L. Bostick is a motivational speaker, professor, author, and a leadership trainer, specializing in millennial leadership and professional development. Her charismatic and interactive approach allows her to strategically impact audiences and corporations allowing them to unleash their personal power to dominate personally and professionally.

Known as, "The Girls Guru", Dr. Ciara established a nonprofit organization, God's Gift, Inc., whose mission is providing a healthy environment for girls ages 7-17, offering a faith-based curriculum focusing on Faith, Leadership, Confidence, and Self-Worth. Dr. Ciara has partnered with local community partners to create afterschool programs and summer camps for girls of color in South Florida. To date, her organization has established international chapters in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania. She is the author of, “Welcome To Womanhood: A Pre-Teen Survival Guide”, which was released February 2016. In 2020, she established Leadership Preparatory Academy, a 6th-12th private Christian school for girls.

Dr. Ciara is also the Founder and CEO of C.Leads Consulting, LLC,

a boutique consulting firm specializing in leadership training, professional development training, and non-profit management. 

 

Dr. Ciara currently holds a Bachelors degree in Communications from Florida Atlantic University with a minor in Sociology, a Masters degree in Leadership, and a Doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Ciara is also proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
